During check-in we were automatically upgarded to a room with a better view which was outstanding. The room was spacious and the bathroom had that all illlusive bathtub which was a real treat. The best part of our stay was the comfort of the bed, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the Circular Quay and all the activites we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious and their al la carte menu provided a bountious amount of food.

Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Unique hotel! Water refill was good. Restaurant views were stunning. Appreciated breakfast buffet. Water pressure was great and soaps were good. Air-conditioned room was nice.
