I stayed because of a Surgery at Nepean Hospital it’s across the road , I have been here twice now and is very clean and so comfortable the beds are great,
I only meet one staff and she was great and helpful. everything about the place is awesome.
Location was about 10 minutes from Nepean hospital, which was why I was there. Parking driveway was difficult to see on first lap but great to have free parking. The lobby was great and the room was very comfortable. Very accommodating staff when I needed to make changes.
Excellent location close to Nepean Hospital. The rooms are clean and quiet with good kitchenette facilities. They offer a breakfast pack (for extra $) which is good if you need a quick brekkie. Easy to order Uber eats so lots of dinner options.
This is the perfect hotel if you are having treatment at the Nepean Hospital. It is a 6 minute walk to Building O. The studio room had everything that we needed. There is a microwave, toaster and even two hotplates. Nice comfy King size bed with good linen, a dishwasher and even tissues and detergent. The waterfall shower head was lovely.
The staff were exceptionally kind to us after they learned that my close brother had just passed away in Nepean Hospital.
We have booked again to attend the funeral. When you travel great distances it is lovely to see such kindness under trying circumstances. We are regular clients but I am sure they are like this with all guests. Thank you.
Great location with good proximity to Nepean Hospital (the reason for my visit). The staff couldn't do enough to help with anything needed. Also close to Panthers Leagues Club with a KFC, McDonalds etc. within easy walking distance from the hotel.
