The location is good, sits in Bakery Hill which is a short walk to the major city centre of Ballarat.
There are some eateries within a short walking distance .
We were able to comfortably walk to Mars Stadium , it may be a little far for some.
We had an issue with room and advised staff and found it was rectified by the time we got back.
