The excellent restoration of this magnificent Victorian building shows how clever and considerate are the owners. They have incorporated luxury comfort without losing the features of the building, and the modern extension to the property blends seamlessly. Throughout the place are cosy reading nooks and a marvellous and eclectic selection of fabulous books, art and memorabilia, placed always to enhance the sense of design. The owners are warm and friendly and add to the overall sense of welcome and serenity. The weekend continental breakfast was excellent. Overall we felt a sense of calm in this lovely place.

We stayed at Kryal Castle as it was close to the venue for the a family gathering for my late mum. Was great to stay in a castle. Room was cosy warm and very comfortable. Bed very relaxing.We had abnormal rains during the night so there was a bit of flooding in the bathroom. Nothing we couldnt handle with a couple of towels. I missed the email about a feast that was on the night we where there. I did go for a walk and all looked like having a good time. I think it was a murder mystery type themed night. We will be back. But watch out for the door heading to the rooms it did slam a bit harshly. ALSO it was cheaper to stay here than motels closer to stieglitz which was where i had to go. well worth a look.

Stayed the night in one of the rooms at Kryal Castle great experience. Got to walk around while there were no other people there and watched the horses training. Staff were so attentive would definitely recommend to stay there.

We really enjoyed the day, the castle and buildings were amazing, lots to look at, as for children we would recommend it’s great for the age between 6 and 12.
We thought it could have a little more entertainment between the main couple of shows, it was just missing something else.
But overall a great day.

A weekend tourist attraction open at weekends only, its also a motel to stay at, see website for booking details. We visited passing through on a tuesday and took photos from outside. Absolutely stunning and wish we could have stayed and explored.
