This hotel is truly exceptional, offering a fantastic outdoor pool area with ample space to relax and enjoy swimming with the kids. It’s likely the most family-friendly resort we’ve ever stayed at. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast selection is outstanding. The staff are wonderfully friendly and highly professional, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms are far from what you'd expect at a 4-star hotel (rated by Bookings.com). Everything felt old and neglected. The carpets were worn, the bathroom tiles were dated, and even the elevator was old and creaky. The AC control in the room was outdated—no matter the setting, after an hour, the temperature would revert to the same uncomfortable level.
Housekeeping was terrible—over six days, all they did was tidy the beds without changing the sheets, and they vacuumed the room only once (we could tell because the same debris remained on the floor after every visit).
Breakfast was good, but there were no other food services available during the day. They informed us that room service wouldn’t resume until after Boxing Day! Overall, this felt more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel.
