Location was great. Room was really nice. Even though an old building the rooms have been modernise beautifully. Meals were really good. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a meal or just a drink. Good shower.

Beware of the smell in the changing areas otherwise, the overall experience is average. Paid $189 for a family of 3 to use 2 over-crowded pools. If you are in Hepburn Springs and have the money to spend, go somewhere else.

Appalling. Don't go. Our family was sick - kid and adults - and even with a medical certificate from the doctor, we didn't get a refund or even an offer to reschedule. Appalling service. There are better places to get pampered anyway.
