Quay Perth is conveniently located in the city and a very short walk to Elizabeth Quay station. The property and amenities are relatively modern and very well maintained. The design is very well thought, simple and elegant. It has a little cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant at the top.

The Hotel is in a great location with easy walking access to Kings park and Elizabeth Quay and the Swan river ferries it is an easy walk to two supermarkets for any supplies needed. Close to the hay street shopping mall. The staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. The Hotel has a guest laundry in fact two one located on level 2 the other on level 6. Rooms are clean and the beds a super comfy, fantastic for solo traveler and couples.
The location of the hotel was close to the shops and Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Public transport was close by. The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful too. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our visit to Perth.
Location ideal, full-service hotel with a fantastic and really varied breakfast. Nice although small pool, spa facility and gym. Central location just minutes from main shopping areas and Elizabeth Quay
Great location, 15 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay, nice to relax by the pool which always had sunbeds open 6 am to 9 pm. Handy supermarket behind the hotel where you could pick up breakfast and hot buffet's for lunch/dinner. Plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Couldn't fault anything.
Situated on the waterfront, bang opposite the Elizabeth Quay is a tidy location, as well as being just down the road from the main shopping district and with access to the river paths, make it a prime spot.
The hotel was kind enough to let us check in early, and we also had a late check out due to a late flight! All of which makes for a bit more appreciation, especially given the price!
The warm cookie on arrival was a neat touch too, and for the most part, the swimming pool and gym were decent enough, with super views to aid the workout!
Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were immaculate and good size. Our room option didn't have food included but we decided to eat at the hotel anyway on couple of occasions and were very pleased with what was on offer an quality of food. Location fairly close to Elizabeth Quay making it easy to get to other places via public transport.
The hotel is quite basic but it does the job. Generally quiet and a short walk to Elizabeth Quay. Breakfast was quite nice and they were able to accommodate gluten free at the buffer, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was so warm!
Centrally located. Conveniently 3mins walk to Elizabeth Quay Station. Fully equipped apartment hotel with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer.
Highly recommend for families.
I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Perth and had a mixed experience. The pool level was definitely a highlight – as it offered a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The views of the Swan River were lovely, and it provided a peaceful place to unwind.
The hotel’s location is also fantastic, right by Elizabeth Quay, which made it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. While the location and pool area were great, I felt that some aspects of the overall experience could have been better given the hotel’s reputation.
