View of esplanade, free wifi, good security, location, lanai with cafe table and chairs, spacious. We were upgraded for free as ACCOR member and nearby restaurant Coco's Kitchen and Bar was in another ACCOR hotel which honored the promised 50% off our dinner tab for two. Our discount of $62 was greater than the balance due of $58. Air conditioning was excellent. Milk and tea & instant coffee was a nice touch.

The room size was average, but very clean, the staff were very accommodating even though we arrived super late. The location was spectacular and breakfast was pretty good. However the building itself is quite dated and didn't really feel 5 star. However, I would stay here again.

Awesome hostel in a perfect location right across the street from the Cairns Esplanade Lagoon. Short walk (5 min) to the ferry terminal where Great Barrier Reef cruises depart. Right next to the Night Markets. Great WiFi and there is a beautiful patio on the 4th floor with a great view. There is also a common lounge and large kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms were nice, shower was great.
Tidy hotel with a nice pool, not too far from the Cairns Esplanade. The room was comfortable, with a good air con and serviced well. Plenty of free parking on the street outside.
A few more deck chairs around the pool would be helpful, but the pool itself was never too crowded. Doors slam shut quite loudly, but otherwise it's a very quiet hotel. Wifi was free but very weak and slow.
Location to Cairns Esplanade excellent. Easy walk. Location to airport great at 10 minutes drive and early morning departure. Nice pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very good value.
I was here for business, great wifi, restaurant convenient downstairs, polite and friendly staff, secure undercover parking in the basement, pretty much ticked all the boxes for my stay. Stones throw from the beautiful cairns esplanade and new dining precinct, also managed to catch a show at the nearby performing arts center.
Is located in Stratford which is a small village 4k from Cairns esplanade. Good public transport.
Frendly helpfully staff.
The local pubs and restaurants are good value and an easy walk, kid frendly.
