People start running 5am on the beach and why not it is fab.
Waverley walk is amazing. High and low steps so need to be fit to walk from bondi to waverly.

Location, location, location! Staying in a spotlessly clean, spacious, fully kitted out apartment that overlooks Bondi Beach - with a BALCONY!!! - is a once in a lifetime experience. Book it now. You won’t regret it. Vicky in reservations was absolutely brilliant and handled all my requests efficiently and with a smile.
The apartment was clean and had a nice kitchen but no Dining table or chairs to sit and eat. The view is spectacular, directly over Bondi Beach, and Restaurants to choose from right down stairs. The apartment appeared to be beautifully presented, but the lounge suite is very old and uncomfortable and so was the bed. Its in a great location, directly across from the beach and everything close by, I think if it wasn't so cold in the unit and the furniture a little more comfortable, it would have been perfect. It was very clean and tidy.
The close proximity to the Sydney CBD area made it incredibly accessible to the rest of the city. I would recommend it to those who are not the best with directions as it is a good central location to get to various tourist places (Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Bondi Beach etc).
The staff were very helpful towards us upon checking into our room and were informative and patient with our questions and concerns, the room service was also timely and efficient, the concierge had no trouble communicating with us in regards to our luggage.
The location between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach is very good. Close to cafes and shops. The appartment is spacious and has all the essentials including heaters and a fan.
The location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk to Kings Cross train station. It's one station away from Martin Place (city area) and two stations away from Bondi Junction, where you can travel to Bondi Beach. It's also a 20-minute walk to the NSW Art Gallery and a 30-minute walk to the Opera House. The room and bathroom were clean, and the building's interior and exterior have a historical look and are well maintained.
