I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Armand and Katerina for arranging an early check-in and for their exceptional services throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests.
I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable.
Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size.
I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

This museum was fantastic, very child friendly with lots of interactive stuff. Loads of places to sit and take your time to read. Excellent air conditioning, great on a hot day. Set out in a really interesting way. Has a lovely cafe with a viewing area.
