This is probably the best place we've ever stayed. The room was large and well thought out. The bathroom was wonderful, with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. And there was even a hook to hang my washcloth! (I usually take my own suction hook.)
There were outlets in all the right places and tons of storage. I loved that there was a cabinet under the sink to store all my toiletries and hair utensils and keep them out of sight. Most hotels have only a small shelf.
We spent a lot of time on our balcony enjoying the wonderful view of the lake.
The elevator takes you directly down to the parking lot, which meant not having to walk through the lobby coming and going.
There was always someone there to answer our questions and help with directions. She was available any time we needed her.
We really loved this hotel.

Great location, not far of a walk from either main parking lot. It was very quiet in the evening once all the tourists left from day trips. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a wonderful shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Halstatt.

The hotel was located in the main plaza, had to walk from the parking with our luggage since the shuttle was out of service that day. The next day they did take us back to P1. It seems there is no air conditioning, however the weather was cool that day so we opened the windows because there seems to be heat coming from the floor and we felt it was too warm for us.
