The staff is really nice speaking in Italian with us, we felt welcome, and the attention to details like the handwritten (again in italian) welcome messages or communication were really appreciated.
The SPA area is really good, modern, clean and with great relaxing area.
Breakfast was rich and of good quality.

We stayed for a week-long ski trip around the new year. Overall, we had a great time. The cooking was exceptional, every day. Very attentive table service. Our room -- while not the biggest one on offer -- was comfortable for us (2 adults, 2 kids) and tastefully designed/decorated, e.g. from the quality wood furnishings to the old stove (heater) serving as a bench to the blue trim along the ceiling. We did enjoy the pool and whirlpool, but unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy everything there was.
