Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests.
I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable.

Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size.

We had a very spacious king bed room. Very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice of anything you can imagine. We also had a meal at the garden cafe that was delicious. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the CAT train station and right opposite the Stadtpark. We will definitely return.
The receptionist was very welcoming, polite and helpful. Checking in was a very smooth process. The buildings were centrally situated close to the city park (Stadtpark) metro, and one can also reach the Vienna central station by foot in around 10 minutes.
We stayed at Parkview with 2 young kids and we had a really comfortable stay. The size of the room was good, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen appliances were helpful, coffee on the house, clean room , there's really nothing we could complain about.
But what was even better was the location, just in front of Stadtpark, 2 min walk from the underground and from a large playground. This is really appreciated when you travel with young kids.
