The location is nice, central, while building on the quiet street - no noise at all. Lobby is nice and new, but rooms are so so-so! Pictures are far from reality, bathrooms are small, old and inconvenient, soundproof is poor! U hear everything!

I’ve stayed here many times and the location is perfect for me, nearby to the centre and the naschmarkt. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms with balconies are especially nice with amazing rooftop views.

Beautiful room in a stunning building. Decor & features in the room were really good. Comfy bed, so quiet for city location and we had a great sleep. Ideal location above ubahn station so easy access to all of Vienna. Close to lots of bars & restaurants. Staff friendly & helpful. Sauna & steam room were a nice treat at the end of a long day exploring in the cold.
