An absolute gem of hotel in the heart of Salzburg attraction. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building which has been tastefully decorated. The staff were SUPERB and went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. When my flight was delayed in arriving at Salzburg by 3 hours, I was reached by the hotel to assure I was on my way and someone stayed much longer to check me in. I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

The location is great as it’s right in the center. The building has historic character. The rooms are very well maintained and equipped with all the necessary items for a traveller. The bfast is spectacular. The staff is very friendly.

Perfect location in the old city but quiet enough away from the crowds.
