The proximity to the souvenir shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant (Restaurant Everest) was delicious. We ate dinner there a few times. The breakfast was wonderful. The owner of the hotel who was at the front desk was super helpful. The parking was a lot on the next street over. Easy to get in and out of it.

Excellent value, larger than average main bedrooms, good kitchen. Right outside the ski bus stop to the main Penkenbahn lift and only a 15 minute stroll into the centre in the evenings for dinner. Parking on site.
The owner is a wonderful person that helped us with everything, even with a car mechanic's phone number. The location is great, 50 meters to the Penkenbahn ski lift.

This lovely apartment was in a residential building 5 minutes by foot to the Penkenbahn. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The host, Christian, was extremely nice and helpful. He also gave us several great recommendations for restaurants. There was also a grocery store less than 5 minutes by foot as well. We had a lovely stay!

Wonderful clean and comfortable apartment in great location close to Penkenbahn. A supermarket is also at walking distance.
Everything we needed was provided, and as a bonus there was wine, chocolate, and we were greeted with some Schnapps. We cooked our own meals and when a little ingredient was missing, the wonderful hostess was happy to provide us with some!

Lorenz is a great host, he responds very quickly and has in general made absolute beautiful apartments. The level of detail and comfort are through the roof. The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from the Penkenbahn, après-ski places and restaurants, but that is no problem at all, I would absolutely stay here again.
The location of the appartment is excellent! It's 20meter located from the busstation that takes you to the Horbergbahn, Penkenbahn or Ahornbahn. You could also consider walking to the Penkenbahn as it only takes you 8 minutes. Besides the location the appartment was tidy and the balkony was very spacious.
It's been a while since I've seen such a great hospitality from the staff at a hotel! The staff is very friendly, sincere and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. Quite various and delicious options for breakfast. The location is also pretty central. Short walk distance from Penkenbahn, but if you don't want to walk there's also a skibus stop in 2 min walk from the hotel.
Overall, price-value ratio is exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back again :)
One of the best things about this property is the excellent location. 100m to main street and probably under 500m to the penkenbahn. The train station is a 10 minute walk. A very small grocery store is on the ground level. A bigger grocery store is across the penkenbahn. The apartment itself is fine, quite basic but more than sufficient. The owner is friendly and helpful.
