We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and we would never go anywhere else. Location is perfect. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable and cosy. We always find a greeting card along side a bowl of fruit or a plate with selection of homemade cookies. Parking available on site. And that is hard to find in Salzburg

Location in front of train station is great and no so far from old town, close to Mirabell palace. Hotel design, roof top bar and terrace are awesome, very confortable rooms.
Location was amazing, bus stops right outside of the apartment. We chose to walk everywhere, better for sight seeing and just exploring. 25min walk to Mirabell Palace, but its an easy 25mins. Lidl and Euro spar supermarkets 5mins down the road. Mcdonalds is literally next door, maybe a 1 min walk.
Great view out of the window of the mountains and the greenery. Comfortable beds, and amazing sized bedrooms. Amazing bathrooms, everything was clean, and fans were provided too. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is excellent, and the staff is amazing. Their response to any of our needs, regardless of the time, was incredible. I highly recommend this place! The online check-in and check-out process was super convenient, and we loved the fact that they were more responsive on WhatsApp than any hotel's front desk. It’s only a few blocks from the main railway station and Mirabell Palace and Gardens.
Our stay was extremely comfortable. Our suite had everything we wanted. The beds were comfortable, neat clean. The TVs in both rooms were smart TVs. The suite had an iron board, a locker, and a coffee maker. The AC was great. The staff was very helpful. I needed a converter for my phone charger, the staff immediately gave me one when I asked. The location of the hotel is great. It's a few minutes away from Mirabell palace. I highly recommend this hotel.
The location next to the train and bus station is excellent and it’s not far to walk to Mirabell Palace. There are eateries close by. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a very nice wellness area that is available free for guests including sauna, steam room, footbath and a lounge to relax in that overlooks the square. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Great location that is a less than 5 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf. Attractions like Mirabell Palace and the Altstadt are only a 15-20 minute walk away, with trams/trains from Salzburg Hbf if you rather not walk.
Excellent location in a pedestrian area about 5 minutes walk to the old town. Close to Mirabell Palace, market and bus stops. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Lovely old building.
Location excellent and appreciated staying in the old town of Salzburg, was very convenient for the medical conference I was attending at the conference centre, easy walking distance and so near to the beautiful Mirabell Palace and Gardens :)
