We love this hotel, we always stay here when we visit Vienna. The hotel is a lovely castle with very nice staff and big parking. They accept dogs, which is a big plus. The access in the city is easy with public transportation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - really close to Schloss Schönbrunn and also to a subway station from which Vienna city center/main station are easily accessible. We also loved the building in which the hotel is located - very beautiful and classical. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely stay here again if possible!
