The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The room is clean and more than enough for two people. The bathroom is also clean and sufficient. The breakfast is satisfactory. It has its own parking lot, so parking is convenient. (25 euros/day). It is a little far from the city center, but if you use the Vienna day pass, it is not a problem. I am satisfied.

Cool retro design, great location, and seriously delicious food! The terrace with the view was a real treat. We stayed in the "Birdhouse" room, which was both quirky and atmospheric. You can lie in bed and gaze at the Prater – they even provided binoculars for the full experience. :)

Our room was large with a really comfortable mattress and had all the amenities, with a great view of the Danube. The roof top bar restaurant has panoramic views of the city. We ate in the bar on our first night and the food was delicious.
The concierge Thomas provided outstanding service and his attention to detail was really appreciated.

Everything was great. Comfortable bed, pillow, and shower with good pressure. In fact I really enjoyed the bathtub. It was close to Prater so I could walk there and to a campus with a very nice bakery based breakfast omg sooo nice. I wish I knew this before I bought the expensive hotel breakfast. The hotel breakfast was in fact ok, nothing to write home about but they make a weird decaf coffee. I hope my travel future holds in it same good decaf coffee.
