It is a fantastic hotel and in a great location. Minutes to the walking zone and St Stefan’s Cathedral, shopping on KaertnerStrasse and Kohlmarkt. Close to Neuem Markt and fabulous kafes. The restaurant in the hotel is a six star and breakfast was always wonderful. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. Beds are excellent.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly staff that made every effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and lovely towels. We loved Vienna and would definitely want to stay here when we come back.

Loved this one! Sisi's museum was extremely interesting and well kept with both books, clothes and so go on. We also enjoyed the silver collection and the imperial apartments. Too bad we couldn't take any pictures.

The location is great. Within 5 minutes you can be at the Hofburg, the Parliament, the Rathausplatz and the museums. The room was pleasant, modern, clean and even though the room was not ensuite, there was a shower and a sink inside. The breakfast was very nice.
This was a great find. A lovely hotel in a brilliant lication right beside great shops, bars, restaurants and 3 mins from the Hofburg Palace. Breakfast excellent, staff lovely - a great find. I will definitelt stay here again.

Bathroom is small but was very clean.

Great location, just a short walk away from St. Stephen's Cathedral and very close to Hofburg palace. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and beautiful. Just the perfect place to stay in Vienna. We will chose this hotel again

The hotel room in general was very clean, bed comfortable as well as a fully functional shower and came with bathroom supplies.
Location not too bad, around 30 minute walk (less than if you go for it faster) to the core of the city close to the attractions (Votivkirche, Rathausplatz, Hofburg, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Karlskirche etc.)
The people there also very down to earth I must say.
Great location even if some distance from the innercity. You can walk to the shopping area within 15 min and to Hofburg within 20. Hotel restaurant looks great and trendy (we did not attend) and lots of amazing cafes and restaurants are available around.
We got upgraded to Large Room and the room was really perfekt : amazing bed, large shower, backyard view, very calm and all the way clean. Fitting was fun with phono (working!) and mini basketball net.
Reception staff was very kind and helpful.

Walk a lot through the center of town. It's all very central and you can reach so much in a short time. The Spanish Riding School, Hofburg Palace, Kunsthistoriches Musem, Museum District and the Albertina are all so close together.
