we lived the property was central and we walked to all the places we visited . lived the bath in our room and the bed was super comfortable . had an elevator and aircon . many place to sit and people watch enjoying a nice cold lager or wine . you could get breakfast at the hotel . we went out early to enjoy the palace gardens before visiting the sissi museum which was lively and peaceful and cooler as the day got to 30c

Everything was pretty, the lobby, the decor, the artwork and the place had a nice, relaxing vibe. Our room (junior suite) was large, airy, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with bath tub, separate shower, separate toilet and Balmain amenities. The room didn't have coffee/tea facilities, instead you called room service whenever you wanted, ordered your coffee and it arrived in minutes, for free!
The staff was brilliant; kind, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good, a buffé combined with a menu of hot items to order from. The food we ordered from room service was very tasty and arrived promptly. We didn't have time to try out the pool and the spa.
