Beautiful hotel in a great location for the slopes and just a 5 mins walk down to the centre of Kitzbuhel. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great - wonderful choice at breakfast and great evening meals. The New Years Eve gala dinner and party was great fun. The wellness centre and pool is also very nice and wasn’t too busy. The ski and boot room is exceptionally good with plenty of space.

Quiet position in the centre of Kitzbühel. A lovely old fashioned welcoming, friendly and extremely comfortable hotel. We had an exceptional room with a balcony overlooking the Hahnenkamm slope. If we come back to Kitzbühel we would definitely stay here
Perfect location for those who are going for skiing. Short walk directly to the Hahnenkamm ski lift. There are also great restaurants and spa at a walking distance from the hotel. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had great coffee and perfect scrambled eggs and the hotel offers an end of the afternoon snack buffet, with delicious cake. I would highlight the hosts are extra nice, which gives a more personal touch to the stay. I recommend this hotel and would definitely repeat this stay.

Location and the actual building were amazing. Very cozy restaurant area. Staff during our evening meals were friendly. The evening meals were very delicious. (Thankfully we arrived before fish week started with a limited menu). Easy drive to the Hahnenkammbahn. Hotel was in a lovely quiet location with plenty of parking.
Great location - 30 minutes to downtown Kitzbühel by foot, 7 minutes by bike which you can rent for free right on spot. Schwarzsee is a 5-minut walk and there is a nice walking/running path around the lake. Breakfast was excellent and based on local products. Very good dinner available, apparently favorite among the locals. Nice and roomy sauna. Great trek to Bischof (from Wildpark Aurach) recommended by the staff. But you can also walk directly from the hotel to Kirchberg, Hahnenkamm etc.
Super clean place, with great bathrooms, and comfy beds. The kitchen is super equipped and clean. I really liked the design. The host was exceptional and very welcoming. The location of the apartment is excellent, a small walking distance from the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm train station and views of the famous skiing race course and a few steps away from the center of Kitzbühel.
Wonderful stay at well equipped apartment. Feeling like you came home. Apartment has big terrace with mountain view. Car can be be parked just in front (few steps). It's only 10 min. by foot to the city center and 20 min. by foot to Hahnenkammbahn. It's worth renting storage wardrobe (9 EUR/day) at Inter sport and not to carry all equipment to the house. Apartment itself is worth to come again. You have to keep in mind that keys could be collected in another village, 10 km away from Kitzbuchel.
Fantastic hotel! We stayed here while the tennis tournament was in town and also used our time to explore Kitzbuhel, to go hiking and to enjoy the views from the top of the Hahnenkamm gondola.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. The swimming pool has amazing views - the best I have ever been in. The hotel also offers activities. We took advantage of a guided hike through the Bichlach, which was an extremely good way of exploring the local area without the fear of getting lost. Thank you!
The apartment was a good size for our group, with a sitting area and kitchen, although it was not immense. It was also in a good location; we were able to walk everywhere we needed, including the ski lift. The Hahnenkamm lift was about 10 minute walk. There was also parking. Overall, I thought it was a good value. When we arrived we had a few questions and the host was able to answer them quickly.
