The room was very big, clean and had a balcony which would have been good if it wasn't during a storm. The bathroom was very big with a separate toilet, shower and bath area, plus two sinks. The hotel is very close to a station to go to/from the airport, plus the tram/other trains to easily move around Vienna. Though it isn't that far to walk to many restaurants and the city centre.

Staff at reception, very friendly and helpful. Room size reasonable and description close to the real thing. Room layout pretty good. Good location, not too far out but also not in the busy center. A few minutes by tram to center. I would give it a 8.7 if only booking would allow me.
