The rooms are very nicely prepared - we had a two-story room with a spacious bathroom incl whirlpool. Eating at the Roanwirt is also really nice (typical Austrian cuisine). The sauna area is not the biggest, but it was never crowded. The staff are tremendously forthcoming and friendly. In the area, you can hike up to Pogusch and have amazing views of the mountains.

The room was perfect, spacious and sophisticated. The furniture was brand new. It is completely soundproofed (we didn't even hear the trains passing nearby). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, high-quality ingredients were used.
One thing was interesting: you could see through the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom (it was glass), which can be interesting for non-couples.

The receptionist was very helpful, despite dealing with a busy crowd just leaving as we arrived. The sauna was great, and just what we needed after a long day's ride. The restaurant was basic but adequate, and the breakfast was ample.
