The beds were really comfortable, the room was spacious, and the location was amazing. Only a few minute walk to the underground station which made it super easy to get around Vienna! I definitely recommend staying at Bassena if you're in Vienna.

I stayed in the hotel during my last business trip to Vienna. It has a perfect location. It is in a walking distance to the UNO city, so I was able to return there even during lunch break and refresh myself. My room was very clean, equipped with the air conditioning, my bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Hotel is also in a walking distance to the largest shopping mall in Vienna, Donauzentrum. Hotel offers also free parking and free WiFi access.

This review is from my mom and stepdad as they stayed in this room. The hotel was super convenient to public transport, the breakfast was amazing, we appreciated we had a hot pot to boil water in the room, and the room was thoughtfully designed for storage. It was so cool they had a curtain to block the light of the bathroom, and that the shower, the sink, and the toilet were all separated for privacy, made it infinitely nicer to share the room with your partner.
