Very new hotel in a great location with an underground parking lot. The stuff is the highlight!!everyone so warm and welcoming and we had a wonderful staying. We got an upgrade and had a very large room with a comfortable bad and all the facilities you need. Shower was great also. From all hotels we had on Salzburg this was our favorite, we loved every minute there. Breakfast is amazing! And you get the summer card.

Excellent location opposite the City Xpress lift, ski hire and ski schools and a few minutes walk to the town centre/restaurants. Very well run establishment with very comfortable beds/duvets. The shower was lovely and warm and powerful. The coffee machine with a few coffee pods and dishwasher with dishwasher powder were nice touches. The kitchen was very well appointed.
The property was kept very clean, room cleaned every day. Very good location, right next to all the pubs and restaurants. Five minutes walk to the City Xpress gondola. Breakfast next door was quite good, bread, butter, cheese, ham, tomato, jam, coffee or tea, juice, and water. Other things could be ordered at cost. You could just have cheese if vegetarian. Boot room for ski boots in basement, and locked room for ski storage at back of property. Staff really friendly.
Location was great, close to train station and town center as well as the City Xpress lift. Apartment was was spacious and clean. Worth checking out the information folder left in the apartment, really useful for things to do in the local area and a guide to different restaurants, we tried a couple and all were excellent, but Deins and Meins in particular!!
Lovely accommodation, our 2 bed room apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was close to the City Xpress ski lift which was great. The food in the restaurant was lovely.
Very helpful friendly owners Beata and Bernd. Guest kitchen very useful for making light lunch, hot drinks etc. Perfect location close to the lake restaurants and shops and to the City Xpress chairlift. Very good breakfast with lots of choice and staff happy to make eggs any way you like.

Really great hotel, very close to both the town and the City Xpress ski lift and bus stop for access to other lifts/resorts. The staff were excellent, really couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant staff were particularly good. Half board was a great choice, good breakfast selection and really nice dinners - actually surpassed expectations. Spa is a fab extra feature and not very busy. We had an issue with our room but we were moved to a new one easily and the staff were really good about it. Highly recommend.
Beautiful location, great views of the lake and super convenient to walk into the centre of Zell am See and to the city Xpress from the apartment. Christian was really helpful also.
