Location was excellent. The neighbouring (and vary famous) Eiles Cafe (very Viennese) was where we breakfasted. The Hortel is on the No2 Tram Line so easy connectivity to all the sites and attractions.

The room was excellent and spacious. The bathroom was particularly lovely - clean and large, with high quality toiletries. We travelled for our anniversary and were gifted a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. Breakfast had a very wide range of very tasty options. Staff were very helpful and informative.
