The hotel has great rooms. Clean, with balconies overlooking Tirana. The employees are relaxed, friendly and polite. No stress! The breakfast was the best I had in Albania. Tasty cappuccino. Good bed. Fantastic wifi. Hotel in a silent street. Hotel with an elevator, because it is on floor 14. They arranged a taxi for me to go to Pristina!

What I liked:
The owner and the staff are super friendly, nice and warm;
The staff made sure to handle our car to grant us a space in their private parking. They also welcomed us with a bottle of water with lemon and mint: refreshing!
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with many homemade items.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Air con was really efficient, important when outside there are 40 degrees.
Definitely recommended and great value for money.
