This was our first time going to Dubai. The Hotel location is perfect.
The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything. The family room was huge. We didn't feel crowded at all.
Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of dishes to choose from

This was our second stay, which we booked after we enjoyed our first stay. If you're looking for a quiet room, super comfy bed, spacious & cold room, Smart TV, steady stream of hot water, delicious room service, good breakfast, super friendly staffs, plenty of basement parking, 5 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates, and all of that with a good price, then this hotel should be your 1st choice. Moreover, there're many shops and restaurants nearby to meet your needs.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved this place.
Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved this place. From outside when i came in i felt a little out of place, but once you walked in the front door, it is a different ambience. I loved the architecture, the way they have created everything, the colours, items. The buildings blended in nicely with the environment of that place. It just resonated good energy. I love visiting this place but I wished they had a better transportation system to get there, as it was was very difficult (took well over 40 mins) to get a taxi back to town after when we visited.

visit after lunch take a walk around the shops to buy some souvenirs ( you can bargain ). And then can take an evening Abra ride, will give you amazing sunset views.
The restaurants around the creek is also nice so good spot for dinner

Bad staff on the mall, they try to convince you to take a limousine taxi even you asking several times for a regular taxi.
They lie even saying that only the color is different but when the bill arrives you will get an especial surprise.
