Luxury Services Amazing Staff

The room was clean and spacious with a nice interior, the hotel was well-equipped with a good fitness and rooftop swimming pool, the staff was very nice and kind, the breakfast was perfect. The hotel is located nearby the Internet City metro station, so using the public transportation was very easy. Just couple of stops from Dubai Marine.

First of all, I want to extend a huge thank you to Sona for making my booking and stay exceptional. She ensured fantastic communication, always replied promptly, and provided outstanding services. I had one of the most memorable engagements at the hotel, and she helped me plan everything perfectly. She truly deserves 5 stars, and because of her exceptional services, I can't wait to return and recommend this hotel to my friends. I also want to thank Rami for being so welcoming and reliable. He closely monitored the decorations in my room for the engagement to ensure everything was perfect. I can’t express enough gratitude for the services I received during my stay; they made me feel right at home, and I enjoyed every moment. The restaurants, Celio and Ronin, were exceptional, and I would love to visit them again for brunch and dinner because their food and service were amazing. Thank you to Five Luxe and all the staff for making my stay enjoyable. I also want to thank Lia for her friendliness; she took my wife around to see the facilities and was incredibly patient and welcoming.
