The location is very peaceful. Away from the busy city life. The staff is super nice. We checked in and went for shopping in the city. Came back late the reception was closed but even the security was soo helpful at 1:00 am helped with our bags and room. The pool is clean and well maintained. The food is delicious! Breakfast buffet is recommended! Definitely going to come back for another visit!

Beautiful spacious room, tastefully decorated. The setting of the whole hotel is very nice, wonderful view from the infinity pool, which is huge. Kids-friendly, all staff treated kids lovingly as far as we could see. Breakfast was generous, with freshly prepared eggs, fresh fruit and different kinds of cheese.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! Honestly this was truly a magical little experience, from start to finish we were in awe of how cute, homely and calm this stay was. The host was beyond welcoming and friendly. The continuous little extra touches really blew our socks off! The cookies, homemade chocolates, the chocolates and personalised message on our bed, the ice cream for the dogs… 🥹 we really can’t wait to stay again for a few days of re-charge. Bonus, it’s dog friendly x
I like every thing at Kay Homes, all the staff are very kind and friendly, from the reception to the restaurant. They are one of the main reasons why we are coming back. Our room is very clean from the bed to the toilet, very well kept. Our stay was very relaxing. The property is very near Al Hamra Mall and Al Hamra Waterfront where you can stroll and enjoy the scenery.
I like the water pool slides for kids and the teens club, I like that they have several specious pools , the all inclusive option is great , there is Al hamra mall very close to the hotel for shopping
The location was ideal for my husband running in the RAK Half Marathon. The Al Hamra Village area is an attractive residential area with good positioning for Marjan Island and Al Hamra Mall. The apartment was very clean with nice furnishings. The bed was comfortable with a good selection of clean linen. Also, the view from the wrap around balcony was lovely! Check in and check out were very easy.
We loved the Al Hamra location, with access to the Al Hamra Mall, and the Golf Club. The room was spacious and comfortable for myself and the family, and the staff were very welcoming. The Valet team was exceptional and very professional. The breakfast also offered a good variety on offer.
We will definitely visit again.
