Cute guest house in the middle of the desert, 10 minutes outside of Springbok. We received a very warm welcome, had a great homecooked dinner , a very comfortable night’s sleep and a wonderful breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back there.
Value for money. Friendly staff. Inni Kraal Restaurant next door to guest house provided a wonderful meal at a reasonable price.
We did not have breakfast as we left to early, to continue our trip back home to Durban. The guest house room was lovely, it was clean and had a lovely smell. I slept beautifully in a very comfortable bed. The cost of one night was most reasonable for that room and as we are pensioners it was a real bonus. Thank you so much.
I always enjoy staying at Cecil John Guest House-Feel very much like home.The rooms are big,clean and well furnished,-Perfect bed,pillows and linnen for a great nights sleep ,the staff (In particular Anuschka)friendly and helpfull-with a great breakfast and safe parking.

Loved that the guest house was inside the museum grounds. There were restaurants inside the museum grounds that were open for breakfast and dinner which meant we didn’t have to leave the property for food.
Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Guest house and location were stunning.
