The carpeted underfloor heating, the double glazed windows and the wall concealed safes. The Host Bee was such a very nice person, picking me from Park Station, then driving me to look for dinner, then to the Goethe-Institut to write my Deutsch A1 and making sure that my stay was satisfying. She has a lovely Belgian Shepherd named Olga a very friendly dog too. I won't hesitate to refer anyone again and again to stay at 34 Glamorgan Street.

I used Southern Sun as a base for my five week African holiday, staying there each time O flew between countries. The hotel is situated minutes from the International airport making it a perfect location if you are catching early flights. Staff members are always helpful & obliging and the welcome drink is a nice surprise. Buffet breakfasts and dinners are delicious. Rooms, internet and television reception are all very good. The bedside lamps made reading easy at night and the showers are always hot.
Buildings are rustic modern style and quite nice. People working at property friendly and attentive. Second dinner was simple but well prepared.
We stayed two nights at the beginning and again the end of our holiday. Reliable airport shuttle. A guest house with number of ensuite rooms and central dinning/Wi-Fi area. Rooms comfortable. Best part is felt very safe and secure. Shops within walking distance. Zintle, Princess, Joy and Justice were great staff, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner and breakfast on time, served with a smile. Will be back, Thanks.
Rustic with all amenities. Food is outstanding- so while you can do self catering, you definitely need to experience the breakfasts and dinners (farm fresh, daily baked bread, crème brûlée in the bush… wonderful)!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Superb guest house in a quiet and safe area of Sandton. The place is very cozy and peaceful with a wonderful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very nice room with a terrace overlooking the garden. A big thank you to Chris and Allison for their welcome and their help (following the theft of our smartphones). We hope to come back to see you.
Everything. Exquisite taste. The place looks exactly like in the photos.... Exact replica. We were speechless...Service from beginning to end. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will recommend Bosau guest house. Don't delay contact them today for the most pleasant stay. Wow!
We were only there for one very short night and checked in quite late in the evening. The owners were very accomodating and were in touch since the beginning. Conway responds very quickly, and was very kind to help me print out some documents needed to cross the border to Lesotho. Shame we only stayed literally for the night and had to leave early in the morning, the guest house looked very lovely, and their breakfast smelt amazing as we were leaving!
Warm welcome at de reception, a minute check in with room and key already put aside for my arrival. Healthy breakfast brought to my room..an inhouse dinner service. very neat room-extra heater provided as de built in one was less effective. The location is at a secured area few minutes from OR Tambo International Airport. More than the value for money! I will definitely use Emerald Guest House and recommend it to other Guests.
