We loved the rooms with the underfloor heating, we didn’t even experience the cold! We also loved having the kitchen in the room which we used to cook dinner and make breakfast. The restaurant next door was so delicious and convenient for when we didn’t want to cook!
This guest house exceeded my expectations. Excellent location. Good communication and highly professional service by owners. Friendly staff. You can hear and see the river. I particularly liked the view and just the best atmosphere Parys can offer. Safe parking. The DSTV has all the sport channels. Very comfortable bed. A spacious room with ensuite bathroom and lots of closet space. Modern, beautiful free standing bath tube. I will definitely stay here again.

The privacy, the exclusivity, the waterfall and forest with a sunset over the lake, the old house with all the history. I loved the fireplace in the bedroom, prepped just for after dinner. The food was amazing and the shower room incredibly spacious. Loved every minute and want to go back

The Guest house was quite near the main road and highway, close to all restaurants, the host was extremely professional and friendly and made us feel at home, big compliment to her, we could help ourselves to some coffee and had our dinner i n the dining area although a take-away
La Belle is extremely beautiful! The owners are very friendly and helpful we were even given a lovely bottle of red wine to enjoy in the room. We were given excellent recommendation for Lunch and dinner. We are visiting La Belle Guest house again on the 2nd May
We were on our way to Johannesburg. Therefore Bethulie was a little out of our way. When we arrived at the Guest House we realised the extra trip was worth our while. The setting is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. A beautiful guest house with so much charm and history. Our dinner was tasteful and well prepared. Served with care. The breakfast was tasteful ... we had breakfast with lovely people sharing the guest house for that day. If ever we have to travel this way again, we will with pleasure stop over at this guest house.
Very accommodating even with short notice on extra nights to be booked. Can book dinner to be delivered and served at the guest house. Beautiful gardens. Near to shopping mall.
