John was great to deal with, very pleasant and helpful. He recommended a local restaurant which was excellent. The breakfast was good: fresh fruit; cereal; yogurts; bakery items and eggs cooked to order. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We got a disability access room, with a role-in shower.... Very accessible! There was plenty of parking and other accoutrements nearby. The desk clerk and the monitor at the kitchen/breakfast in the morning were particularly friendly.

The Restoration hotel features a library, restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, and boutique store. The location was perfect and within short walking distance of the main King Street area. The hotel is magnificent and the team was fantastic. Gave us a real warm hospitality experience.
