Originally constructed in the late 1880s, Beech Tree Inn and Cottages is situated in Newport, 1.1 km from Touro Synagogue. Lovely place, room size fantastic, bathroom huge, bed comfortable.... it was all excellent.

This bed and breakfast is located in a historic hill neighborhood in a Victorian home built in 1855. Downtown Newport and its many shops and restaurants are only a few blocks away. Lisa the Inn keeper couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The other lady that served us breakfast was lovely too. The location was just the right distance to Thames Street. Parking was great even with a big car. The room and amenities at the Inn had everything you could need. Breakfast was homemade, delicious and different every morning.

Located in New Shoreham and within 700 metres of Fred Benson Town Beach, Payne's Harbor View Inn features a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Breakfast was good. The property is about a 17 minute walk from town. Very well keep.

I always wanted to stay here a night and enjoy dining room tasting menu. The staff were all so great, friendly and helpful. Never been during winter season but so calm & private compare to summer time which was nice. Room was so elegant and clean. They have downtime service. We had an aperitif at the bar downstairs then had dinner at dining room. Very interesting & fine wine paring experience. Food was just so “right” and enjoy little chat with our waiter who is very knowledgeable. Over all we had such a wonderful time. Any special occasion to celebrate, this is the place to be.

Nestled in the center of Newport's historic district, this fully restored inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features unique guestrooms with fireplaces and spa baths. The owner was great. Nice breakfast was included.
