Check in was very easy even if they were having computer issues.
Because they had a clean room they allowed us to check in early, otherwise we would have had to check in after 10:30 pm .

This hotel is minutes from local attractions like Lamoille Canyon, the Red Lion Casino, Stockman's Casino and the Northeastern Nevada Museum. The Elko Convention Center is within walking distance. The size of the room, the beds, the bathroom, everything was excellent!! And the staff are the best, thanks 👍🏻

It's an old hotel - but very clean, well kept, had all the things we needed ie shampoo, coffee maker etc. Our room was quiet, (except for floors noted below) beds were comfy.

We were at the beginning of a week so it was empty, the attractions for children in the hotel are good, but cost a lot of money, and are suitable for children over 6 years old, also the pool and slides for older children, parking was not a problem (again because we were at the beginning of a week in August, which was empty)
We were on a summer road trip through NV and wanted a clean comfortable and well air conditioned room. There are lots of hotels available on main historic street at a lower price, but if you want a higher level of accommodation, drive the extra distance to this Fairfield Inn. Large spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fantastic staff and great breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center, but they both looked great.
Wherever you go, it's the people that make the difference and the Star Inn's friendly staff made you feel comfortable and welcome. The sheets were clean, WiFi was good, fridge was large enough and there were plenty of charging outlets for all your devices. The water pressure was great, too which is a bonus! They even provided a simple continental breakfast with pretty decent coffee. If you're just travelling through, this inn provides great value at a reasonable price.

large variety of dinning options and selections. Hotels Location to the strip and other MGM properties. Staff was nice and helped as requested but the issues below are above the staffs ability to fix.
It was a fun place to stay in Las Vegas without all the crowd. We enjoyed the slots. We used dinning facility food was great and good value. Hotel staff friendly and made us feel welcomed. Room clean and comfortable.
The young man at the front helped to upgrade our room to the Rush Tower with a strip view. There was an amazing firework show just outside our window! The room was huge, very comfortable. We had a delicious dinner in the Salt Grass steak house. You can exit the casino on Freemont Street - always a fun experience.
There was burnt marks on the bath and towels were old fridge was dirty and no microwave no phone to ask for linnen and towels
