Welcome to your vacation estate, where nods to Nantucket's creative history and island beauty fill each guest room with collected artwork, Portuguese pattern-play, and coastal color palettes. Inspired by an art collector, each room is adorned with layered and patterned textiles, rustic Mediterranean elements, and antique wood details influenced by Portuguese design. The breakfast was delicious but very limited. There was a choice of either overnight oats or yogurt parfait. I am a fan of both but it is definitely not for everyone. The addition of fresh baked muffins and perhaps fruit would round it out nicely.
It’s a walkable location in Nantucket Center and easy to bike or walk to the beaches. There are beach chairs and towels that are provided by the Inn. The roof and ocean view was nice too.
Beautiful! Exceeded my expectations! The room was large, very clean, stocked with towels and amenities. They turned the bed down each night, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. We had dinner at their restaurant and the halibut was amazing! We will be back!
You can't beat the location. Just a few steps from the heart of town yet set back on a quiet street. Walking distance to jetties beach too so walk to town and walk to beach. Only used transportation to and from inn. The rest was on foot. A bike rental is 1 building away and we would have rented if we had stayed any longer. Staff was very friendly, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfasts were perfect! I would highly recommend.

Our room was very comfortable. Nate was so wonderful. Gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner and what to do on the island.. The ferry didn't run on our day of departure and Nate assured us it would not be a problem to stay in our room another night. What a relief! Continental breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastry, coffee and tea. House was so convenient to downtown too for walking as we had no car. All in all a great spring adventure during a noreaster!
We had stayed at Greydon Inn last year. They were booked for the Stroll and knowing how wonderful Nate was from our previous experience, we booked at Anchor Inn. We got the last room in the attic, twin beds which took some getting used to as to not bump our heads on ceiling but lots of laughs! Had a great time all weekend!

The Inn is in an excellent location and walkable from the dock. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were extraordinary. Continental breakfast in the AM with some amazing cinnamon rolls to top it off. Would definitely recommend!
