Stayed at The Primrose a couple of weeks ago and could not possibly overstate just how much my husband and I loved this place. The Inn itself is beautiful, the rooms and common rooms all decorated so tastefully, and the location was fantastic - a short drive to Acadia, or a 10 minute or less walk into the center of Bar Harbor. The breakfasts were incredible, and the extra tea/coffee/snacks provided were always welcomed. What made this place all the more special was the staff, especially Jill and Rebecca who absolutely made our stay with their warmth, hospitality, and patience with my many questions! We were there at the end of the off-season/very beginning of the busy season so it was still quiet in town, which personally we loved. Still plenty open, and made it that much more enjoyable in the park without the crowds. We will 100% be staying there again should we ever find ourselves in that part of the world again.

Beautifully decorated and so welcoming what a gem of a place to find in Bar Habor. beautiful property where the staff really welcome you. The baked goods on arrival were a real treat after a long drive. Breakfast was really good loved the sweet and savoury options.

Little Fig Hotel is located in Downtown Bar Harbor, Maine, just 6 minutes’ walk from the start of the Bar Island Trail. Free WiFi access is provided for guests. Suzie at the front desk was great. Our room had two beds. One in a room by it Self the other in the main seating room. The snacks at front desk area.
