I liked everything! Very friendly staff, beautiful campus with walking trails and convenient location if you are traveling in southern MN. There was a lot of history tied to the inn which the front desk staff was able to tell us about. The inn was very clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very simple, but there was everything from juice to milk and also coffee and rolls, bagels, and yoghurt. I absolutely would recommend the inn to anyone traveling to the Faribault area.

Thomsonite Inn on Lake Superior features accommodation in Grand Marais. The property has a sauna and free WiFi. The location was awesome- on the lake. The set ups for the fires was a nice surprise. The couple managers were exceptionally accommodating.

So nice to not pay a crazy fee like some large chains charge! Room was a good size, located within easy outdoor access on the ground floor. Room was not luxurious, but had everything we needed. Restaurants were very close. Breakfast was good.

Black Beach Inn by GrandStay offers newly remodeled rooms in Silver Bay. This 3-star inn offers free WiFi. Rooms include a private bathroom. I booked us on the wrong dates for a tournament weekend and they still got us a room when they easily could have sent us packing.

Adventure Inn is set in Ely. With a garden, the 2-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy city views. At the inn, every room has a wardrobe. Our room was an affordable "down and out" in a great location...very friendly staff...was able to bring my best friend ...my yellow lab
