The rooms and bed are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, and the large windows provide wonderful views of the serene neighborhood. I also suspect that the hot breakfast served here (with eggs made to order) is possibly the best in Ames. Staff at the breakfast table are friendly and accommodating.
