Very friendly staff, beautiful campus with walking trails and convenient location if you are traveling in southern MN. There was a lot of history tied to the inn which the front desk staff was able to tell us about. The inn was very clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very simple, but there was everything from juice to milk and also coffee and rolls, bagels, and yoghurt. I absolutely would recommend the inn to anyone traveling to the Faribault area.

It is possibly the only hotel located inside the ISU campustown with everything conveniently reachable in walking distance. The rooms and bed are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, and the large windows provide wonderful views of the serene neighborhood. I also suspect that the hot breakfast served here (with eggs made to order) is possibly the best in Ames. Staff at the breakfast table are friendly and accommodating.
