Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

Hotel N. Castle nalazi se u gradu Yilanu, na svega 3 minute hoda od Željezničkog kolodvora Yilan. U cijelom je objektu dostupan besplatan WiFi. Klimatizirane sobe imaju TV s kabelskim programima. I like that the main entrance is always locked and requires an access card thingy to enter the property. Make me feel very safe as a solo traveller. The rooms were also very clean and staff were polite. Location wise it is VERY near to train station and right next to night market.
