We spent two nights here. Best buffet dinner I think I ever had. Clean. Has its own metro stop with direct link to Taipei. Good gym and pool. Billiards was great for the kids.
Hotel is near to MRT station,walk around 5-10 minutes. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.they help to call teksi because the flight is early in the morning.From hotel to airport take 10 minutes by teksi. Breakfast is ready packed for take away since we leave the hotel early. For the dinner, guest can enjoy the buffet dinner with extra payment.there are Taiwan local food.buffet start from 7-9 pm.we enjoy the food so much.high recommended.

Right in the middle of the city of Taoyuan with many possibilities of dinner and breakfast..!!!
Near to Taoyuan airport. Buffet dinner was quite nice. In early morning, staff prepared breakfast takeout for us as we had to rush to catch our flight at 7am.
Clean & cozy place to stay. Excellent service provided by the front desk. Complimentary dinner and shuttle service gave us a big surprise. They also arranged a packed breakfast for us at 6:30am. It was a pleasant stay and highly recommended.
The room is spacious and comfortable as usual. Dinner and Breakfast buffets are the main reasons I always stay at this Novotel and the food didn't disappoint. The sashimi at the dinner was exceptional. Breakfast varieties are excellent as usual.
The hosts were ever so welcoming, friendly and helpful. And even though I only booked minutes before, they were available and even took me for dinner. It was so nice and felt almost like family! And Henry gave me lots of advice on what to see and where to go in Taiwan and helped me with the bike. A huge thank you!
