Minxiong

The units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. The pool is amazing! It is such a great luxury to have a private pool. The spa tub is also very relaxing.
Budai

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a tea plantation with awesome views of the distant mountains and valleys. Host was very kind and accommodating, shifting our tea ceremony to 5pm the day before as we had to leave by 10am the next day. Dinner (at an extra cost of 600 per head) and breakfast were delicious
Amazing area to explore and an excellent team! Loved the breakfast and dinner set ups too. Take a scooter or car to explore the area otherwise you'll be somewhat stranded. The manager provided some excellent recommendations and directions and we saw so much of the area.
Host and family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They're responsive in replying our messages too. They gave us tips on Alishan trails and recommended the best trails nearby and places for dinner. You can tell he's really familiar with everything in the area. The owner has a tea garden and you can see the view from some of the rooms. They serve delicious local breakfast. Good hot and high water pressure shower.
Tianyi was an amazing experience! The owners were super friendly and let us drink lots of tea from their farm. The views near Tianyi are beautiful and it was very peaceful at night. Great for families or groups of friends. They also helped drive us to Fenqihu to catch our train and to dinner nearby. If you’re lucky, OK the three-legged dog will even guide you on a hike nearby!
The breakfast was fantastic. The dinner hotpot (not included, about 600 per person) was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and very attentive. The location is about halfway between chiayi and alishan so it is convenient to break up the drive. The view was amazing and was fairly close to a convenience store and a few basic restaurants.
We adored everything about this property. The property is located up in the hills about Shizhou, so you get amazing views over the tea plantations and town. The owner was the kindest man - he picked us up/dropped us off in town, brought us cups of tea, ordered our takeout dinner, made delicious breakfasts. What an amazing stay.
What an incredible property! The view from the terraces and breakfast were the highlight of my entire trip. The owners/staff all went above and beyond, from staying open late for dinner to accommodate my sunset hike, to assisting me with cooking the hotpot, and even driving me to the bus station for my departure. The breakfast options were excellent and the resident pets were so friendly and well behaved. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
Sun Sweet House is located on a lovely hill with great view, which could be enjoyed from the terrace and the breakfast room. There is a great hiking trail near the accommodation. The breakfast (and dinner that can be booked) was delicious and they offer also great vegetarian options (some even vegan). Our room had everything we needed and was clean, the location was great and there are a lot of cute tiny details like a lovely fish pond.
Nice hotel located close to the tea fields. We were not very lucky with the weather but still enjoyed our stay and managed to do a hike next day in the morning. I recommend ordering the dinner at their place at is it very tasty and beautifully presented. The dog Pan Pan was so cute, he walked us to the fields, he was one of the highlights of the stay :)
Located just at the end of mist trail. Very friendly host. You can arrange with them to fetch you from Bus stop to the stay. They fetch us out n back from lunch, dinner and sent us to beginning of the cloud trail. Love the trail walks and the tea plantations and of cos the tea!
