The inn will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have a wardrobe. I love the location. We could walk to town or if you wish it is easy to get a taxi. The receptionist was helpful and kind. Friendly and welcoming, The rooms were clean and had all amenities that are needed. Water supply was great. Wifi, AC everything in great condition. I would be happy to stay here again.
I loved the bathroom, pool, dinner, breakfast, all of the staff and views. The drinks were nice as well as the ambiance whilst having dinner.
The location of this guest house was spectacular, providing a wonderful 5-10 minute walk to the Ariapita avenue and a 15 minute walk to the Port of Spain boat port. The employees added a homey vibe to our experience, providing us with all that we needed.

For a large facility, we were made to feel welcome, from the front desk staff to the wait staff to the maintenance staff, who had to make a quick repair to an electrical outlet. The breakfast/lunch dining area was beautiful and the sunset views from the the dinner restaurants were a bonus. Arranging tours was easy as the hotel is a routine pick up spot.
The Inn has comfortable and simple rooms at a good price. It is located not far from points of interest such as One Woodbrook Place or downtown St. James.
Having a dinner service is advisable.
The breakfast was good. The dinner offering though tasty lacked variety except for the meat , the vegetables and cabs were the exact same regardless of the dish. After three days could become boring, Should reflect more local dishes especially to expose foreign guests to local cuisine
Nice wooden houses by the sea. Dinner and breakfast cooked for us. Very quiet. Only people on beach in February
The breakfast and dinner was excellent, I had no complaints. The room was large enough, clean and room service was great.
