The bed is a good queen sized, it’s quite firm. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you have a big luggage then you need to carry it up stairs yourself. Staffs are very friendly and flexible, I left my suitcase with them all day before catching an overnight train to Bangkok. Central department store is located around 3-4 mins walking distance. Also it’s not too far from the main bus terminal and railway station.
