It's very basic, gives you a very authentic experience, superb value for money. Rooms were clean and the view is absolutely amazing, plus they have a kayak you can use. The staff are the best in Phi Phi. Aircon is amazing, no WiFi which lets you connect to the sounds better. Far from the noise but close enough to walk, you need to be reasonably fit for the walk
