The couple who run the hotel are amazing people. They are super friendly and professional!
The house is an old, yet very well maintained building. the decoration is tasteful and clean. It is centrally located. The restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and the service is truly the best service I have seen in Sweden. My daughter’s soup was too salty and the Chef himself came to apologize and offered her a new dish on the house! I have only seen this kind of service in North America!
Quiet, comfortable room. Bath and shower with well planned design. Good breakfast. We ate dinner at the restaurant once, too, and that was fine.
The food at dinner
Super good food, both breakfast and dinner! Easy access outside to walk our dog!
Simple and ok bed & breakfast, kind of Youth Hostel. The rooms were ok, the whole building is a bit older, but kept nicely. Breakfast was sufficient and nicely served (buffet style) - NB - they only serve vegetarian breakfast. Check inn is via a door code and keybox, so check your e-mail for codes before you arrive. Walking distance to the city centre
Was a nice Hotel, good rooms and pretty fresh. Location was pretty good. Good breakfast. We were pretty happy with our stay there. Bishop arms not a bad pub to go for a drink and have some dinner also.
Breakfirst and dinner
I liked the location and that I had a combined refrigerator/freezer at the room. A kettle and instant coffee available in the corridor outside the room also added some comfort during the stay. I also liked that pin-codes could be used to enter the hotel and the room. I also liked the comfy bed and the clean room. Skinnargården is not a fancy hotel so if you are looking for that I would recommend to look for something else.
The location is breathtaking and Malinn was a great host, really making sure our stay was perfect. The hotel is lovely! We would love to come back during summer to discover the region even more, and stay at the Trollnäs once again!
Very good breakfast, homemade bread and pancake, Eko jams ... It is possible to have lunch or fika at the café until 4:00 pm, it is possible to use the kitchen for dinner. Great location for cross-country skiing or golf 1 km from the BB !
Almost felt like coming home as the staff were so nice! Very friendly and attentive to what I wanted. The common living room was really nice and I got to use the restaurant kitchen to make dinner. The area is so tranquil and quiet.
