Everything, from beautiful, clean rooms, efficient a/con, to lovely staff and owners, putting their heart into everything they do to make sure you are having a good, restful time. They even given us some beach towels so we didn't have to buy some.
Food in the restaurant is divine - they serve lunch and dinner. On our last night, they had a b/day party there with proper Romanian Folk Music. Singing, dancing, making new friends, super food and drink... Perfect for us and definitely coming back.
This is a family run business, with everybody involved and running like clockwork.
Oh, and make sure you are making use of the Salina room - lovely unexpected extra!

Out of the four hotels we used over 18 nights all over the country, this was by far the best. It put to shame some of the other bigger chain hotels we used.

The Luxury Hotel is beautiful, we booked a room with sea view and it was spectacular, the staff is professional and friendly, the facilities are nice and some of them are included in the room price, like the gym or the beach beds. The hotel's beach is large, not so crowded and clean. The new pool and surrounding area are impressive. We heard that the hotel is organising parties or dinners on the beach for the guests, that is nice.
Host interaction excelent. The room was clean and comfortable. The dinning area is outside and with a lot of space. Very quiet place during the morning. My friend like it. Overall good value for money => 10 ⭐ rating.
The staff is wonderful at Alcor!! The room was wonderfully large and comfortable, and the sea-view balcony was great. Location is great if you want to spend most of your time on the beach - great access to the beach, with seats, umbrellas, and towels included. Beach is a bit shell-y (so outchy on the feet) but that is not the hotel's fault. Driving into Constanta for dinner is about 15-20 minutes.

The location was perfect in terms of shopping and souvenirs, and the beach was not very far away and easy to get to. The food was delicious and had many options (lunch/dinner).
Close to the beach. The breakfast was not Swedish bufet they have a quaky paper system they give you 70 lei per day is definitely a reminder of the communist past. The room is simple and a little dated. The breakfast hours just 2 from 7 to 9 AM. The restaurant does not use AC in the morning is very hot and inconvenient. The owner is gracious and gave us dinner advice.
We liked that the hosts kept their word and we had a parking space for our car, then the internet connection was really great. The TV and AC worked perfectly. The bed from the living room was just perfect for our backaches. The storage area was more than enough. The block of apartments has an elevator which is again a big plus. This apartment could match perfectly a family with 4 members. We can only thank for the comfortable stay and only praise those hosts who were very hospitable ever since the beginning of our collaboration.
Nice hotel with great staff, especially on reception. My room was a good size, clean and very big comfortable bed. Good selection for breakfast and very tasty meal selection for dinner. Highly recommend this hotel and good value for money.
Very nice location that we found after Pension Regalux cancelled our reservation 1 hour before our arrival, very unpleasant situation, i see I cannot post a review on the Regalux location and I am very dissapointed about this.
The place its fine if it was promoted differently. I was left with the impresion that it was some sort of a pension/guest house. It is not. It is literally someone s house in a weird neighborhood. It felt very invasive. If it was straight forward with what it actually is maybe it would not be such a big disappointment.
