Ponta Delgada
Boasting a shared lounge, terrace and views of sea, Garoupas Inn is set in Ponta Delgada, 500 metres from São Roque Beach. Everything about this place magical. Elaine was amazing, and her family, I met them all and they were seriously fantastic. We had a great time and they helped us a lot, actually I can't thank them enough for everything they did, showed us the best place to visit, helped to find best options plus the room was amazing- balcony view and right in front of you is the ocean, breakfast very tasty and they cleaned the room every day. I really recommend this little inn to everyone as you can go from there wherever you want and it's not far from the city center plus you have buses all the time to explore if you don't have a car. I'm definitely coming back next summer to visit other things and definitely will stay at this place again, thank you guys for making this trip of mine to be absolutely perfect. 😊😍❤️
Livramento
Situated in Livramento, within 2.9 km of Milicias Beach and 2.9 km of Populo Beach, Estalagem Pico D'Agua features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Calhau
The rooms at the inn are fitted with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, rooms at Quadros House also boast free WiFi. The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. The cottage is wonderful. Lots of space and a beautiful garden with ocean view. A little paradise. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast/dinner and service was on point, room was clean and quiet with a great view of the sea. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was comfortable and close to supermarkets

The room was nice (but I think it was not on the pictures in the description of the hotel). The host was very nice too and responded promptly. The guest house is well located.
We loved our sea view, the comfortable bed, air con, great breakfast and restaurant. The food was exceptional and I particularly enjoyed the sting ray. We were greeted by staff with a smile and were made to feel at home. Natasha was particularly good when serving us dinner and her input about the local area was appreciated.
We loved the location close to activities and dining, as well as being centrally located on the island. The home was well appointed, fresh, clean, tastefully decorated and had a lot of space. We felt fortunate to book short notice and had a pleasant stay start to finish. Jason was helpful in pinning all the local recommendation to Google for us! Superior communication from hosts! We hope to return next time. Thank you!
Great location, and good facilites like lobby, breakfast restaurant and location. The restaurant at dinner time turns into a Japanese restaurant which was solid. Had some great sushi ! Which makes it very convenient when you are looking for dinner last minute.
On some days, there's a communal dinner with all the guests, for 20 € per Person, Wine/Sangria and other drinks included. The atmosphere is really lovely there and the discussions up until late at night are a lot of fun. A divers group of people from different backgrounds discussing everything from holidays to politics. Even at sensitive topics, the atmosphere was always polite and civil. Stefan and Pedro really succeded in their mission to bring people togeter.
We used it for a short stop over. SATA changed the arrival and departure times but the hosts were quick to reply to messages and enabled a very late check-in and early departure. They made an excellent suggestion to book the night taxi to pick up in the morning. It is basic but very clean. Toilets are room specific. There is a kitchen area. If I didn't have kids I'd walk from the guest house to departures in 10 minutes. I'll use it next year if I have the same itinerary.
This hotel, where I am now staying for the 3rd time, is of course great, the friendly employees, the room(6nr.) with veranda, the breakfast and the pineapple tour and then the great hot tub in the beautiful pineapple greenhouse makes it complete. The location of the hotel is also great just outside the center. If you get the chance for dinner at Rustico restaurant, do it!
